I’ve tried restarting it multiple times, including restarting the whole television and clearing settings and restarting.
Is there any underlying cause on my end that I need to fix for this?

'tis not, I’m afraid. It acts as if it is loading but never does. Comes up with the idea to restart the app after the appropriate amount of time but never does.
Same here. It’s stuck on the initial Plex splashscreen and after 30 seconds or so says “Plex is taking a long time to start”
I’ve tried absolutely everything.
