Hey, anyone know if you can change the quality of an already synced item to a higher quality and not have to delete the synced item then find it again in the library before re-adding/syncing ? Tired this and sync appears to initiate but then stops after doing nothing. Latest PMS on Windows, latest Android client. Thx.
Changing the quality setting will not affect existing sync items, this is by design as doing this for a large sync queue would result in a lot of reprocessing. The change will only affect new sync items, if it is a single item being synced you’ll need to create a new sync.
Ok thanks for confirming. That is a unintuative UI design though, can we add that to the list of enhancements waaaaaay down there at the bottom pls
