Plex Sync (still) doesn't work and thats a shame!

First of all I’d like to say that I think Plex is a good product and deserves any support it can get. I am a plex subscriber myself.
Saying that I have to admit that there are many technical flaws within the plex like this Plex Sync bug I have been confronted with recently.
Problem:
Plex Sync Feature is totally broken on my Amazon Fire HD 10, syncing content would stuck at 50%.
It looks like I’m not the only one having this problem.

I would assume devs are aware of this bug and yet I have seemingly the same problem late 2017. Perhaps Devs priorities are shifted to some other features, but the sync feature is the basic one and should just work without any problems. Seeing this feature not working breaks my plex positive experience.

I paid plex pass only for sync so I don’t undersand why is the reazon because they keep without solve bugs to sync. I don’t matther the others APP’s I pay for sync.

I’m in the same boat on a Fire 8, bought a SD card for syncing, can’t do it. Very disappointed.

I’m going to pile on. I’ve added my voice to just about any forum topic that’s similar. I haven’t heard a word about when or if this will ever be fixed

Same problem on my IOS devices…
No help from Plex at all.
