Plex team did fix subtitle problem?

I had downgraded my pms from 1.9.4 to 1.8.4 because always subtitles disappeared. I dont know why.

Now this new version 1.9.7 does work well? I want a pms that does not make subtitle useless.

I currently have this problem with 1.9.7, but only using Chromecast. On the FireTV stick, in Chrome or in the Plex Media Player for MacOS it works as it should. I haven’t yet tried the latest stable (free) version.

I upgraded to 1.9.7.4460 and will check now, i have this issue only in one PC in the living room which is NUC PC
and it happens on all browsers(Edge\IE\Chrome\Firefox)
