Is your machine now stable running in this configuration ?
If so, I would like to confirm PMS is indeed fully transitioned to the new configuration before removing the old
sudo bash
systemctl stop plexmediaserver
cd /var/lib/plexmediaserver
mv Library Library-unused
systemctl start plexmediaserver
Now confirm all is normal (all libraries are present and everything works.
If this is true, you are now free to remove the metadata
sudo rm -rf /var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library-unused
