Ok so I am having issues with the latest release. Then when I attempt to revert a later version I then get issues with the codec.
So right now it works on my smart TV and it is working fine on the my xbox but it is not working on the TIVO… I end up having no audio on the files… any suggestions on why this is happening?
My media server runs on a windows 10 machine

Well it seems to be working fine now on all devices
Using Apple TV or Chromecast I never have issues. Using the Plex App from my Tivo or Tivo mini’s I always have issues. Plex had a bad problem not so long ago where we got the dreaded … problem and media would not play from the Tivo and wouldn’t you know it, it’s back again. I am once again unable to play a large percentage of media using the plex app in Tivo. Apple TV and Chromecast both work flawlessly but I PERFER to use my TiVo!! It seems plex has a lot of issues with the plex app on TiVo and i’m fairly certain they know why but they don’t talk much about it. I’m just sitting around using my Apple TV for the time being and hoping that one day plex will figure out how to make the app work on the TiVo as good as it works on Apple TV and Chromecast.
Well plex has been running fine now on my TIVO… not sure what the difference would be with our setups. What version do you have installed for the media server?
