Hi I’ve been waiting a while for some shows to get theme music.
One of my favorite things about plex is how it automates getting the metadata for you.
It sound like a small thing to make a post about but it’s been a while since the release of these shows like the Mandalorian and His Dark Materials to receive them. Now I decided to send them in myself and I’ve done that a week ago following the guide on how to send theme music that can be added to the plex database. I don’t think it mattered that I sent them in because probably someone beat me to it.
I am willing to send this in for all the other shows that have not received it aswell but I just want to know how often or if this emailbox is even still being checked.
I do not want to put my time in it if it is not checked any more at all. Is this feature still supported by plex or has the support for this stopped completely?
Some very popular shows have not received it while they have been out for quite a few months.
Curious if any progress yet just refreshed my metadata and still nothing for my submitted shows.
What is the normal processing time for this cause I do not remember it taking this long.
Not trying to be annoying but I just really like plex for it’s handling of all these small little things.
