Plex thinks server is unavailable on Fire Stick 4K

I’m trying to use Plex on my Fire Stick 4K and it tells me the server is unavailable continuously.

I can access the server on my laptop through Plex or on my phone with no issues.

Any ideas?

This is happening to me on my Firestick as well.
