Player Version#: plex 8.6 build 9 on roku devices (hisense tv, roku ultra, etc)
For the last month or so, I have been getting transcoder crashes on Plex, it almost never happened before. It happens on dozens of shows. The episodes won’t even start, it crashes right away.
The only “workaround” I have found is to force burn in subtitles. The error logs shows “Unrecognized option ‘segment_copyts’.” “Error splitting the argument list: Option not found”
My next troubleshooting step would be to downgrade Plex server, which I don’t really want to do and I figured I would seek assistance here first!
