After the service aborts it is respawned automatically but only a limited number of times (3) then it stays dead and I have to restart Plex manually.
If I could change the retry limit to infinity then at least I can live with it for now.
Does anyone know where this value lives? Thanks.

I just updated to 1.21.3.4104 and it seems to have stopped aborting.
It fails to tune a LOT so I will continue testing.
