Just got Plex TV working but it seems that
a) can’t access it from IPad or Android device and
b) when i use it from my computer, I can’t chromecast it the tv.
Am I doing something wrong??

Can any other apps cast from the same device?
Occasionally I have that problem. I solve it by restarting my chromecast AND the wifi router.
Other apps can cast from Plex library to all other Chromecast.
I just restarted my router and chromecast, same result
Now I noticed that it have me a warning that Live TV is not supported to be cast to remote device.
