Plex TV & DVR tuner did not have enough channels, using streaming instead, TV & DVR inop

I purchased HDHomeRun and an expensive antenna. It worked BUT I could not receive a required channel. Returned them and purchased a streaming service from cable company that includes the required channel that works on Roku. However Plex requires a tuner to setup TV & DVR so those features are not available.

Is there a way to make this work?
