None of that is my issue.
I don’t use fast user switching.
My Plex server has a static IP, always has had one ever since I built the Plex server over 10yrs ago.
Secure Connections is and has always been set to ‘Preferred’.
I also set the ‘List of IP addresses and networks that are allowed without auth’ a few months back when I first encountered this issue, it’s set to ‘192.168.234.0/255.255.255.0’ since that is whta my network runs as.
Despite all that, when the plex.tv api starts going belly-up, I am unable to talk to my plex server using plex-web either via a remote computer on the same network accessing it as ip:32400 or via the server with PMS physically installed on it using Chrome.
