Hi. I’m using the app.plex.tv.desktop and setting up a new account (using Edge browser). When I go to settings, the QUALITY option is not appearing. Also, no video quality setting are showing on the Plex Player on my Nvidia Shield. Thanks in advance.
The quality settings are for playing back from a Plex Media Server. If you don’t have a server or a shred server, those settings won’t do anything, so they are not shown. You cannot change the playback quality of the free content from Plex.
