Its not my QNAP or network… it is really an issue with TVDB. I tried several versions (all clean install)

PMS on your QNAP is catching what’s happening though and it’s between you and Plex.

This shows you lost and regained connection.
i restart my router and my switch at that time, and set the single port forwarding.
For the first time, i gave up using my QNAP as PMS, i got a very good PC that I use as the server and QNAP as shared folder. it works very well.
Just FYI, this issue started when i installed the beta version 3 weeks ago and only issue with TV Series using TVDB agent.
TMDB agent works perfectly well. i may purchase now a better NAS
my friend also reported that this happening on his WD PRO NAS
