I’m seeing SSL errors in your logs (timeout trying to establish a secure connection).
I cannot tell if this is plex.tv or your local side. Either or both are possible.
Would you mind restarting PMS and then performing a force refresh of the metadata for that library?
Should this fail, we will clear the agent caches and repeat. Sometimes these errors (as seen now) ‘muck up’ the cache and it gets confused thinking it has data when it doesn’t.
For future reference, you can drag & drop the ZIP file here directly. Doing so is much easier for us providing support
i did this already… this is a new database…
Cleared Cache, restart PMS, created new database.
Internet connection is fine, I can go to thetvdb.com website, though https://api.thetvdb.com is displaying “error not authorized”.
Do i need to do some changes in Plex Network settings?
I see, nor has anyone else reported any errors.
I now need to know the tech details of the machine, OS, and version.
QNAP TS-451 version 4.3.5 linux-based
Intel celeron - 8GB RAM.
i just noticed that if matched TV Shows with The Movie Database, it matches quickly,
i didn’t notice this until i checked my backup database. All info was downloaded from The Movie Database.
For whatever reason it’s not downloading metadata or having a hard time connecting to TVDB api.

May I have logs please?
Plex Media Server Logs_2018-11-05_15-03-49.zip (4.2 MB)

I have reached out to the metadata team. I don’t know if they will get it tonight and be able to take a look or not.
Just for laughs, have you restarted the server?
the logs are showing timeouts trying to talk to plex.tv
