I second this, the old UI need to be brought back. This new UI is junk and takes forever to access my media. I will swap server software, even after all my family bought the lifetime pass to access my server. I will revert all of them and have them demand refunds also. Who approved such a bad design…

My family absolutely hates the new app. Plex’s response was enraging. I’ve been a lifetime member for over 10 years but I’m starting to look for alternatives.
