Hi I am having an issue where whenever I play anything either locally or remotely after a while the video buffers and then I get an unexpected playback error. I then have to restart the plex player - this happens across Native Samsung TV, Apple TV app. I’ve attached logs - I have seen a lot of SSDP entries in the log and also getting client profile errors. I’m not too sure what the issue is. I’m also using an ASUS ZenWifi XT8 mesh system with the NAS server connected via Ethernet to the router. No issues on the internet side - does my plex system need a complete reset etc? I also have seen a lot of transcode entries although everything can be direct played. If you’re having stuttering problems, it’s often the subtitle burning bur I’m not overtly seeing subtitle burning here. I do see the hardware transcoding is disabled which is a strong indicator they are being burned-in (Player settings requesting it)

SSDP - your devices on the LAN are noisy. It is harmless but still disconcerting if you don’t know what they’re doing. (Plex makes a poll, they respond when they shouldn’t. Plex tried to talk. They get ugly. Plex says “OK FINE!” lol.
Try turning off subtitles or playing something without them. (Synology does not do well with anything containing subtitles. You must curate subtitles carefully in order to have success due to the limited CPU power)
