PLex Unknown user

Hi Everyone,
I notice an unknown user on my plex server. They are not part of my approved user list. I changed my password and signed out all devices, but they are still able to access my server.Please advice

  1. Are you using a reverse proxy or a VPN?

  2. Did you put anything into
    Settings - Server - Network - ‘Show Advanced’ - “List of IP addresses and networks that are allowed without auth”?

Hi Ottokerner. Thank you for the reply. I am not using a reverse proxy or VPN. I have nothing listed in the “List of IP addresses and networks that are allowed without auth”.
I now recognize the user as a old user on my server. But they were removed about 4 months ago,. They are showing up at “local” user

What do you mean by ‘local’?
A screenshot would be helpful.
