I recently moved my Plex server install from a Windows 10 PC to a Synology DS1520+.
The move all went to plan but I’ve noticed that one of my ‘Friends’ is now being displayed as an ‘Unknown User’ in the view full history page.
What’s weird is that all of my other shared users are being displayed correctly, yet that one user isn’t.
I know exactly who the user is as I was viewing the Dashboard page when the user was watching the film.
So, Plex knows who the user is, has authorised the user, shows the user correctly in the Dashboard page when they’re watching, yet records the event as an ‘Unknown User’ ???
