I noticed after one of the beta server updates users on mobile networks were not able to access the server.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Plex\Plex Media Server
the plex relay exe was not working due to the following 2 dll’s were missing from the folder
cygwin1.dll
cyggcc_s-1.dll
So FYI if anyone is having this issue this is how to fix it
I would recommend disabling Replay
Settings \ Network (Show Advanced) \ (Uncheck) Enable Relay
Typically Relay is used when standard remote access is not working, you may need to check your remote access configuration.
I just have no luck accessing plex using a cell network (Verizon) without it on. Both App and webpage will not connect.
