I do not understand how an Update from Plex would actually disable features…up until the UpDate my Remote access was GREEN continuous…since the UpDate now my Remote Access will NOT connect…how is this helpful? Why would Plex take my had earned money make me sign up for Plex Pass but NOT allow me to Enable Remote access?

Edit: I just noticed we had already looked into this in another thread of yours. With your setup failing to connect directly, the troubleshooting should still be the a good first step.
after new update stuck on checking with no remote access, rolled back to previous version and all fine
mine was working fine with the update until literally 5 minutes ago
maybe this is widespread
same, rolled back and it’s working fine now. they broke something in the new patch imo
