Plex using HUGE upload bandwidth while no one is on the server

This has happened to me a few times. Plex process is using my entire upload bandwidth (100mbit) while there are 0 users on my plex server. When i check the status section, there are 0 activity. I dont even have any cloud sync.

Does anyone know what this could be? This will continue until i shut down plex and start it up a few hours later again.

can you check which exact process this is? 100 Mbit/s is a lot to upload if there’s no streaming.

To where is it uploading? You can use Wireshark or similar packet sniffers to capture the traffic.

This is what i could find, it seems to be my internet IP using the bandwidth when nothing else is online.

The odd part is that i do not have plex cloud, photos. THe only thing i have is my plex movie library. All the scheduled sync etc are turned off and nothing is automatically updating. And yet still, the plex is using tons of upload bandwidth as soon as i start it. A week ago had it ion for a few days and it was still uploading
