Server Version#:Synology DS412+

The version of Plex Server on the Synology store is version 13 and Plex has version 15. After manually installing version 15 successfully I am unable to access my Plex library - ‘Server not Found’.
Installing version 13 again from the Synology store resolves the issue but I would like to run the latest version if possible.
Any help gratefully received.
