Hello all-
Videos via Plex on my local network from my Synology DS218Play NAS take 20-30 seconds to load and start playing on my Apple TV 4K running the latest TVOS. It is less slow, but still slow on my iPad or MacBook Pro. Any ideas on how I could fix this?

Are there any solutions for this issue?
I got hte same problem since month.
Files are on a synology and the the server is on a Nvidia Shield pro.

May we see the server’s DEBUG log files (ZIP) please ?
I have the shield and it doesn’t take more than a few seconds to load and start.
20-30 seconds sounds very much like it’s waiting for the Syno’s HDDs to spin up ??
( I tried to replicate and was forced to reset my shield. Since then it’s useless as a developer box)
