When I display an album, plex web seems to alter the background to add some colors similar to the album art. Is there a way to turn this off?
It is adding a blurred version of the album art in the background.
By ticking the “artwork” icon, you can only replace that with the wallpaper picture of the artist (or the wallpaper of the album, if present).
Thanks. I guess I never noticed this before, but some brightly colored art really made the scree hard to read. Are we sure there is no way to turn both these options off? Maybe a CSS override or something? I just want a simple, easy to view player.
