Just installed this. It immediately broke playback from within the server via web. I get Playback error - There was an unexpected error during playback. Please visit our forums if you continue to experience problems.
Thankfully playback on my client devices seem unaffected
i had a similar problem.
in my case i luckily still had an older version of the plex media server in the download directory. i rolled back to it, but the web client still wouldn’t play anything. i got the same playback error as you.
then i signed out of the the plex web client and then back in. now it works.
