Plex Web keeps becoming unavailable

OS: Windows 7 running in Hyper-V on Windows Server Essentials 2012r2

This seems to be happening with increased frequency. Plex Web is unavailable. When I go to the page, either on the machine Plex Media Server is running or from another PC on my network, I get the 404 Not Found error. Plex Media Server is still running. I can access it and play media via my Android Phone app or Roku App for instance.

Closing the Plex Media Server and re-opening fixes the issue temporarily, but it’s at least once a day now. I’m not even sure what to look for in the logs. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
