Plex Web MP3 download strips id3v2 tag

Hello. I’ve noticed that Plex web strips id3v2 tags from mp3s when using the download function. Seems like it has been a problem for a while based on this thread,

It also seems that this may be a reversion of some kind that was fixed back in 2015,
