Plex Web open in Chrome affects performance of other tabs

Server Version#: Ubuntu 1.32.8.7639 (multiple versions and OS’s though)
Player Version#: Web 4.116.1
Chrome Version: 120.0.6099.71

I’ve noticed over the last couple of days that if you are playing YouTube in a Chrome window, and you open up the web interface for a Plex server directly (does not happen when accessing via app.plex.tv) that YouTube will often freeze up/hang.

This can happen when the server activity indicator is spinning and showing progress, and also when navigating through library files.

It does so even with a healthy buffed in YouTube, so its the video playback itself that is affected, not the network stream. I think this might have something to do with Plex Web provisioning GPU acceleration resources in the browser session? I have a 3080-ti and I’ve never seen this with any other apps, I can have multiple YouTube windows or tabs open, Channels DVR windows, etc., just the Plex Web app.
