Agree with others that this appears to be an issue with Plex Web client. Still an issue for me, using Plex Web v4.140.1 and Plex media server v1.41.1.9057. No issues using other clients – Plex iOS/iPadOS app, Plex Roku app. I’ve tried Plex Web on both Safari and Chrome on macOS. (And my Plex media server is running on macOS, different machine).

Thanks for the additional info @robot.family.media. HOPING it’s the same issue, though I’m concerned that it’s been identified as a “server side” issue. Those of us with this issue ONLY experience the problem with Plex Web, not with any other client.
