Having issues with Poor quality video (unwatchable) and very quiet audio on the plex web interface. Its as if bandwidths restricted. Playback using kodi and plex plugin same machine is fine. plex server is on the same machine as the web client. Tried chrome edge and opera.
Been happening for about 6 months now through every update.
Windows 10 setup
No issues with other players in home network or remote. Just the plex web on the main server (and media PC)
