Plex web player does not see my libraries on my pc - S3015 (Media)

Every time I start Plex on my Android TV, the libraries on my pc are not shown. When I click on + Your Media I get directed to Plex.tv/download. On that page I click on Open Plex. My content comes up but when I try to play it I get the Error s3015 (Media}

I previously had everything working fine but then had to reinstall Windows 10 and now trying to reinstall Plex.
