Searching sometimes finds TV shows in the guide and sometimes not; no logic to it that I can find. Here are searches I made, one after the other (images are in the order of the searches I made):

Then it decided to find it in the TV guide
My experience is that if you select “Search all sources…” Live TV & DVR results will be included in the results. Then, for some time, Live TV & DVR result will be included in the immediate results as you type. If you navigate around a bit and search again, they will be omitted from the immediate results until you search all sources again.
I’m not sure whether or not this is intentional; but for consistent results, I generally just select “Search all sources…”
yes. true. works like that for me too. but seems weird to me.
