Ok wow, not sure when this showed up, but just I just happened to see that we can now view REAL TIME LOGGING in the plex web app settings > scroll down to the bottom of manage > console
You can even filter and click on events.
this is an extremely useful feature for helping debug and even just monitoring your server.
