I know i’ve down this road before but the last time i contacted PLEX obout this issue i was told the problem is with the WESTERN DIGITAL MYCLOUD EX2 Ultra server so i contacted WESTERN DIGITAL and they said the problem is with the PLEX Server.
I am now at wits end with the server dropping out at least once a day.
Someone come to the table and help me.
I have PLEX Media Web Server app installed on my Western Digital MyCloud EX2 Ultra and recently whenever i login to PLEX I get a message on the screen “No Content Available” so i have to login to the WD MyCloud EX2 Ultra server and under Installed Apps i have to turn PLEX App OFF then ON again then when i login into PLEX i can I see my content again. This has been happening ever since i updated to Version: 1.42.2.10156
This is becoming a serious issue and i need a fix for it.
