Plex Web stuck on PLEX Logo

Today I updated from 1.20.3.3483-211702a9f to 1.21.0.3616-d87012962 on a ubuntu server and the web interface is stuck on the plex logo

I assume this is a problem with Plex Web 4.43.4 as that was changed from my previously installed version.

The web interface is stuck on the plex logo only when I access the server with a reverse proxy, as I have been doing for almost 2 years without any problems. I’ve tried Chrome, Firefox and Edge, same result on all of them.

Both desktop and mobile clients work fine, the app.plex.tv app also works, and if I access the server directly using a VPN and go directly to port 32400 it also works fine.

I’m having the same issue, ubuntu 20.04, latest PMS version .

Kind of glad it’s not just me and my setup

Same issue here - downgraded to 1.20.5.3600-47c0d9038
Debian and nginx - app.plex.tv and clients work fine. Logs not showing anything.

Does your issue resolve with a version downgrade?

I think this has to do with my nginx configuration.

yes, if I revert back to 1.20.3.3483-211702a9f it works just fine

Turns out for me the problem was Cloudflare proxy.

Not sure why but turning off the proxy feature on cloudflare dns fixed it
