Sometimes I like to press CTRL+C and open a bunch of new tabs with movies I’m interested in watching. Plex used to open them up no problem. The last 3 months or so is different.
Now it asks me to pick a user before proceeding to pull up the show/movie. Not sure if this is intended or not, but it’s a bit annoying.
Do you have “automatically sign in” disabled? it is what skips the user picker and goes to last chosen user.
I did have it disabled. I switched it on and same issue occurs. Seems the url is the same whether you switch users or open link in new tab.
This particular issue only appeared when Plex implemented the feature to add more users to non premium accounts. I don’t remember how long ago that was.
So you are copying the URL then opening a new tab and just pasting in theURL for that movies detail page from your server? Which browser?
