Plex Web will not connect to server

Server Version#: 1.15.6.1079
Player Version#: 3.100.1

I was trying to get on the Plex Web, and now it will not connect to the server. (“unavailable”)
The odd part is I am trying to access it through Chrome on the same windows 10 computer that the server is located on. ???

It looks like you have Secure Connections disabled on at least one of your servers. Try loading the web app from the internal IP address of your server machine.
If it is the same machine where the browser is running, you can use http://127.0.0.1:32400/web
