Plex Webshows not showing - even on user enable

Hello,

I have the latest plexmediaserver-1.13.9.5439-7303bc002.x86_64, on Centos7, with plexpass
The web client reports the version as Web client Version 3.69.1

Tried to activate plex webshows on the user, but the option is not visible. I am an plex pass user.
What can i do?
