i’m a new plex user (disclaimer), but i’ve been able to add movies successfully (storing all media on a WD My Cloud Mirror NAS), but cannot get any pictures/photos to show in a photo library.
i add the folder location (on the NAS), which has jpg photos in it, but nothing will display in plex (says there are no files there). i have tried numerous times to manually update the library, as well as delete and re-add the library.
stumped…
