I have two photo media libraries and they behave as I would want to. I wanted to add a third for a family members photos so created a share on a Terramaster F5-422 NAS specifically for them. Added a library location on plex for that users photos.
The photos for that users photo library are not populating in the library - pointing at the main root of that share. Just says the library is empty. There are photos at the root of the share. There is also another folder. And a copy of the photos in that folder. None are showing. Clicking scan library files does not prompt anything. Deleting copying and pasting doesnt add them either.
What else can be done to make this work. I want this user to have their own library.
