Nearly the same issue. I’m running my server on a Synology. Since this update my media will only play on my andriod phone. Server is not recognized on my apple tv, samsung tv, roku tv or window 10 pc. Please help.

Well, I just signed out on my pc and signed back in and now its worse.
Android phone is the only thing that is working correctly in my entire house.
Plex content is viewable and playable but not my server on pc, apple tv, roku tv, samsung tv apps.
What do you suggest now?
