Hi Guys
I have a Wdpr2100 nas which I’m using for my plex library. I can access all of the content on every device in my house except my android phone. It says server offline but all devices are connected to the same WiFi and no other device has an issue. I’ve tested an iPhone, macbook and smart TV without any issue. I’ve signed our and back into the plex app on the android phone but it’s not doing anything.
Has anyone ever seen this and know of a fix?

As an update… I can access all of my content while using the same android device if I log in through the Web browser so it has to be an android app specific problem.

Hi, its on Version: 1.23.3.4707, there is a server update available ive just noticed so im going to update it now and see if that fixes it. It’s strange because it worked fine only yesterday on the same software version. It’s only today that the issue started.
So i updated the server to Version: 1.23.5.4841 and its now back working. It didnt initially resolve itself but after i powered the phone on and off again after the update it worked.
