Plex won't connect to the internet

Server Version#: Version 1.25.1.5286
Player Version#: Version 4.66.1

I have pre installed plex app on my Hisense smart tv but it won’t connect to the server and it’s says that my smart tv is not connected to the internet although Netflix is working fine .
what should i do ?
