Im currently signed into another account with a media server and everytime
I load up plex it only loads the home page and If I try to go to one of the movies or tv shows it shows the info but then when I click play it doesnt buffer or load anything.
Also when I go to the movies or tv shows option no titles appear just blank thumbnails
using vero 4k+ with osmc and kodi 19 installed

I was having the same issue. Apparently the python scripts that make up the plex addon have a call that is deprecated starting python version 3.9 - hence the addon crashes or hangs no matter what you’re trying to do inside.

What I had to do is follow the git repo referenced in that forum and replace all the scripts manually in their osmc location, then reload the addon. Now all works fine, aside from Search function (if anyone knows how to resolve that as well, it would be much appreciated).
