A few days ago plex stopped playing any tv shows on all devices - I have changed nothing. TV shows won’t play on my QNAP, apple tv, smart tv, computers, etc.
I get an error message “Couldn’t retrieve the play queue for this item. please try again”
Any suggests would be welcome
restart server and grab logs after trying to play something.
Apologise for my lack of tech savvy but how do I grab logs?
Thanks I rebooted my QNAP and everything appears to be working again
