Plex wont show in windows

A bad title but with a explanation will help.

I had a AMD Vega 56 GPU, i swaped it out whit a Nvidia gpu.
installed the driver, and all works well. then to day i uninstalled the driver and plex got wierd.

Plex media player looks like it bound to the amd-gpu and monitor associate whit that driver.
i can start plex media Player, but i wont show. it just is on the task bar.

i can hover over and see the login screen.
i cannot alt-tab
i cannot win+arrow to snap it to sides.
i cannto cascade og overlap window to make it apper.
but i can alt+enter. then it go full screen. if i exit full screen, it hides.

i think the window is hinding on a monitor that dont exist, on a gpu that is no longer there, at a uninstalled driver.

Try Win+Shift+arrow to cycle it through different monitors.

If all else fails, clear out the data folder of the player.
(C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Plex
but NOT C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server)

win+shift+arrow did not work.
did delete the plex folder.
that did the trick
