Plex works on one fire stick but nothing else?

Hi guys, as described plex loads and works perfectly fine on one firestick 4k, but won’t play anything on any other device. It loads up and connects to the server. I can view everything on my server, it just won’t play anything. Other devices are fire TV box and Samsung s10+.

Any help would be appreciated.

Update: I have just bought another fire stick 4k and installed everything and it worked, but now my other fire stick 4k doesn’t work???
