Hey everyone! I have setup plex arcade and in the web ui, everything works perfectly, however when I try to load a game on my fire stick, i get the sounds and using my controller I can hear the different commands working but I get a solid black screen… Any clue what to do? I have tried turning transcoding on and off as well as HDMI passthru and everything else in the player settings. Thanks in advance for any help!

We are looking into issues with the Fire Tv devices. Which model do you have?
Sorry for the late response. Got caught up with family stuff. Any ways, I have a soundbar that has a fire tv built in. It is running Fire OS 6.2.7.7.

Same issue here, solid black screen. I have the 4k FireTV stick.

Same issue with my fire tv stick 4k with latest update sys.
It works with my iphone 8, with browser on another pc and on the local pms too but not with the fire tv stick 4k.

Amazon Fire stick 4k same issue tried tonight with tons of games than used my phone worked fine on phone tried streaming it to the firestick through the phone still black screen. Any word on the fix and when it’s gonna be added cuz we are paying for this now and the browser game play sucks badly. And if there is any other device I can use on TV that works for sure on TV a heads up would be great I will just go buy a different device. But again we are paying for the service and the free games don’t work and at night I don’t like using my phone cuz there is no real layout buttons in the phone
No news to share. Still investigating why it doesn’t work on these Fire devices.
